Dr. Mushtaq has been my cardiologist since 2008, when I had coronary artery triple bypass surgery. He is caring, thorough, thoughtful and attentive in treating the many changes in my symptoms over the years. He listens to my concerns and I trust his feedback.

I suspect all or most cardiologists are competent at NWM and I have no basis for comparison at this point. I can’t recommend a specific doctor without knowing the alternatives. My low score is not a sign of dissatisfaction with Dr. Mushtaq. He was very good.

He is an amazing Doctor both in patient interaction to help us understand a very scary diagnosis. He was proactive in recommending the next step and got us to look at the problem as one step at a time instead of overwhelming thoughts of how difficult the treatment and rehab will be. He is extremely intelligent and picks up on fears that we have and how to best overcome them.
