she was very personable, knowledgeable, and educational. took her time and was very detailed. made me feel super comfortable and like i could ask/talk to her about anything. did my first pap smear for me, which was very convenient so i didn’t have to go elsewhere to get that done.

She listened, she understood why I was there, she engaged. And she took her time. I may have used more time than I was allotted. But you know what? I got my questions answered and it is much less likely that I will have to come back or need a ton of followup care. It is so important for the doctors to be able to take time with a patient to give them the information needed

as above, straightforward, caring, not just cranking through patients. great bedside manner. realistic. and all this with a patient (me) who is not one of her usual patients. she was filling in while they sort out the situation in the practice where another doc decided to look for greener pastures and left a bunch of patients in the lurch.
