1. Your inquiry is premature. Until I follow up on Dr. Kolavo's recommendations, I can't really evaluate the services I received from him. 2. Dr. Kolavo's "bedside manner' is abysmal. He delivered bad news in a manner totally devoid of warmth or compassion. He offered several options for treatment but did not give me nearly enough information to meaningfully compare the ramifications of each, and I was too overwhelmed by the diagnosis to come up with appropriate questions on the spot.

Dr. Kolavo was so knowledgeable and thorough. It was the most thorough exam I have had in over a year. He knew what to look for to distinguish between hip and back pain. He put my doubts to rest. He also addressed my pain and gave me a plan to get through the holidays and beyond.
