Dr Sam Hung is kind and informative and knowledgeable with my chart and on top of my prescription drugs. We both monitor my symptoms and suggest and agree on possible remedies. Also Northwestern immediate care helped with a common symptom I suddenly received and treated the wound immediately and prescribed necessary antibiotics so the wound did not get infected. I am very satisfied with my primary physician and immediate care.

Dr hung was very help full and explained in detail all my questions I would ask. He took care and went out of his way to make time for me. I truly appreciate that especially me not being his patient: Refilling my prescription and recommending another prescription that doesn’t have a big risk of a person becoming addicted to it.

Dr. Sam Hung is one of the most thoughtful, empathetic, and caring PCP/Internal Medicine physicians I’ve ever encountered. He is the thoughtful in his treatment approach—inclusive of both medications as well as supplemental behavior changes. He is clear in his communication of his algorithm—a level of transparency that is so appreciated and makes it feel like a physician-patient joint decision, rather than unidirectional care.
