5.0 star star star star starI have been with Doctor D'Souza since December of 2015. There isn't anything more I can say about her that I haven't already said. She has been a delight. I will continued to see her every 3/4 months.

5.0 star star star star starDr. D’Souza is extremely knowledgeable regarding current treatments and is keeping up on new research regarding my cancer. Currently, there is a shot being researched that will put patients in permanent remission. I’m very excited for the shot to be available to all.

5.0 star star star star starShe is extremely knowledgable about my condition and explains the numbers for the various cells/Initials, etc. She was very excited that my numbers were good and informed me that at some point I will be able to go on a maintenance schedule of four weeks instead of weekly for my chemo. Dr. D'Souza always takes time to visit and never makes me feel rushed. I love her energy and her bubbly demeanour.

5.0 star star star star starPlease review previous survey which is for both Dr. D'Souza and nurse Brianna. I would be confident recommending Dr. D'Souza as I know that she will guide whomever she is working with through his/her illness with the best results possible.

5.0 star star star star starShe is a very nice person who truly cares about her patients. This was my first visit. I was very overwhelmed with my health issues. She recognized that I was down and kindly asked about it.Dr. D’Souza took the time to discuss my feelings. She’s a good listener who truly cares about her patients. Time to explain the tests and the why behind them were talked about in away I could understand. All my answers were answered that way too. You rarely find a doctor who genuinely cares about you. She is a gem!

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
