I suspect all these docs are so loaded with patients that they provide just basic care. I had to remind her to look at some images Iâ€™d sent earlier via the portal that an optometrist had taken and had concerns about. I like her personally but without my prodding Iâ€™m not sure she had looked at my notes before seeing me. In fact, I finally stood in the doorway after being there an hour so I could grab her.
