Dr. Ho is very personable and knowledgeable. She seemed to be overwhelmed today. I was on time. When I mentioned the problems with the My Chart app, she said â€œthat doesnâ€™t affect herâ€. Ironically when she tried to access my medical records on her NWM issued computer, she could not open the files. As a business owner, I would have made a note and reported the two issues to management. If I have trouble with your app, how are patients that are less knowledgeable suppose to use your tools? Dr. Ho also mentioned how many patients are playing catch up on appointments that were missed due to Covid. I sympathize with Dr. Ho. We are all working hard to â€œcatch upâ€ and move forward.
