His bedside manner as a physician comes from a place where you can tell he really cares and is willing to take the time and ask you relevant questions. He also took my vitals and most doctors have the nurses do it, which is their job, and I can tell he was extraordinarily busy, so I appreciated this extra effort.

Dr. Persell answers my questions on a level I can understand. He listens to my concerns and does not dismiss them. He is caring and empathic. However, Dr. Persell has very limited clinic hours. I wish he had more flexibility and availability such as morning appointments. -- I believe he only has clinic appointments two days a week from 3-5 p.m. Perhaps one or two days a month he can have morning appointments available. Or, perhaps he can start his clinic at 1 p.m. rather than 3 p.m. one or two days a month.
