5.0 star star star star starDr Kadakia went above and beyond in his care for our son. He was able to produce better than expected results. We are very pleased and will definitely recommend him to anyone needing foot and ankle care.

3.0 star star star star_border star_borderI understand he is a talented physician but he was rude and condescending. No person is beyond treating people with curtesy. I am also busy and my time matters too. Try a little humility and apologize.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Kadakia is very professional, intelligent, thorough, kind, caring, and personable. He explains everything very well and answers any questions. He also takes my overall health history and any health concerns into consideration in providing my orthopaedic care. He is always prepared and has a plan of action for my healthcare.

4.0 star star star star star_borderDr Kadakia is a caring and thoughtful doctor. But he runs late. Extremely late. That means he is spending more time with his patients which is WONDERFUL. however, you have a state of the art communications system. You should be able to notify patients and let them know in advance when a doctor is running more than 30 minutes behind.

5.0 star star star star starThis was the 3rd doctor I had seen about my ankle pain and he was very caring. He took the time to explain what he thought may be the problem and answered any questions. The day of my surgery my insurance company and pharmacy gave us a hard time about the electronic prescription. He made absolutely sure I had my medications before he went home and made sure to call to check in. He is a wonderful doctor who really cares.

5.0 star star star star starIf you are looking for a surgeon who will do the job right, the first time around, and remains honest with you throughout the entire process, then you need Doctor Kadakia. Do yourself a favor and make this wonderful gentleman, your second opinion... then make the appointment and get back on your feet!

5.0 star star star star starHe is a very skilled surgeon. He made time to meet me even though his schedule was very busy. On the day of surgery he took the time to meet with my family and walk them through what was happening. He made me feel like I was in great hands and that the team would do their very best.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Kadakia basically fits all of my previous descriptions of the team as a whole. He has been professional, friendly, kind, caring, patient, and a pleasure to work with overall. It would also appear to date that the surgery was a success and everything has been healing well.

5.0 star star star star starHe’s the best. I’ve already referred several people to him. I had had a second opinion that amputation was an option. I would not accept that. My foot surgery was very complicated. Dr. Kadakia explained things thoroughly and made sure I had appropriate pain relief. At this visit, we decided on a non- surgical treatment first. I appreciate not rushing into surgery if there’s a chance that non-invasive treatments will work.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
