He’s a talented doctor and his care is greatly appreciated…however in my experience, he has a penchant for being extremely late for his appointments which is extremely annoying for the patient.

Dr. Basti seems very competent, but the entire examination procedure seems like an assembly line, with the primary purpose seeming to be to get you through as fast as possible. Not wasting time is appreciated, but the result of the overall exam is impersonal.
