The doctor is nice and professional. Unfortunately, she did not have any info to help me. I am aware that every question does not have an answer, but I felt that she was never that interested. Having no answer is completely understandable, that was not the problem, but being made to feel that my symptoms were somehow not that significant was very disappointing.

In addition to being an outstanding clinician, Dr. Carroll is also a great listener. Also, today’s appointment was for Botox injection. My previous appointment for this shot was mistakenly made for the wrong clinic. So, Dr. Carroll squeezed me into her busy schedule so that I would be on time for this injection.
