My appointment was two hours late and there was no explanation or apology. Dr Thomas was rude, disengaged, ignored my questions and concerns. He failed to even examine me but charted a "physical exam" in his note. After I attempted to ask questions about the results from NWM vs my local provider he basically stated that he did not review them. I am also filing a patient complaint with more detail.
