He is thorough in conducting the examination and needed referrals for tests & imaging. More important, he is compassionate, listens to me—he has good interpersonal skills for the Dr/patient relationship. He clarifies if I ask for better understanding. He also will tell me what I need to hear/know even if it’s not good news.

Professional, on time, took MAJOR time to walk me through all of my options and very personable. All the staff was so friendly. Even when I was late due to navigation in the building, everyone was so accommodating. Dr. Iacob took so much time with me I was surprised when most physicians want to get you in and out, he did the exact opposite. 7 months was worth the wait!

Being that this was my first time meeting this doctor, his demeanor was very off putting. He seemed very knowledgeable, but I felt as if I was bothering him to be there. I went to him trying to get answers to some ongoing medical issues, and walked away feeling like I was a burden for being there.
