His bedside manner is non-existent. He did not explain my situation in a plain spoken way. I was repeatedly asked for my diagnosis when trying to schedule my appointment, which I repeatedly provided. When I saw Dr Chandler in the office that diagnosis was basically discounted with very little explanation. I felt chastised for waiting so long to be seen and for my use of prescribed pain medicine and anxiety medicine. It took one month to get an appointment with the doctor and had been relying on my referring doctor to prescribe me meds. All in all I just feel that there is a lack of empathy from the entire office staff. When you need to go to a neurosurgeon as a referral patient you may be worried about what is happening with your health and no one in that office seemed to understand that.
