I'm so impressed with him as a Doctor. He took time to listen and explain his thoughts and possibilities. He walked out in the waiting room to tell me the nurse will be bringing me back to the room in just a moment. All of my life, I've never had a doctor take the time to be so kind. He did not have to do that at all. I will never forget it. He made me feel safe and secure. I am grateful to have such a thoughtful and supportive Doctor.

Dr. Wan was apologetic for running late due to a critically ill patient. He then spent time listening to my health issues and expressed compassion and understanding. He was very knowledgeable about a condition that I have that many other doctors donâ€™t know about, and was willing to do more tests. He was calm, reassuring, and explained everything. I think heâ€™s a great asset to have at Northwestern, and a great doctor for any patient.
