Dr Muriel Jean-Jacques is an awesome physician always attentive to my care and following my history. The internal medicine team is always great, registrations always has a pleasant greeting and very quick. The nurses in working Dr. Jean-Jacques are awesome as well. Great practice

Dr. Jean-Jacques did an excellent job of taking care of me. Thorough examination, intelligent and considerate observations. She sent me to have lumbar x rays for my constant back pain. Also, she sent me her conclusions on my X-rays on Sunday on My Chart which were, again, very thoughtful and helpful.

Dr. Jean-Jacques is by far the best doctor I’ve ever had and I’ve had amazing doctors at Northwestern. She is a great listener and problem solver. It’s the first time I’ve felt seen and listened to. She’s compassionate and concerned about her patients. She addresses tough issues but in a caring way. She’s very knowledgeable and has perfect bedside manners.

Honestly, Dr. Jean-Jacques is so popular and sought out by so many, she is usually booked solid. I would not want to get someone’s hopes up high, only to find the doctor was unable to take a new patient. I was lucky to be able to switch to her.

Dr. Jean-Jacques takes time to listen and understand your needs. I know she has other patients but she makes me feel it's not how many patients I can hurry up and see but explaining my particular issue so I understand. I don't feel rushed and that puts me at ease.

Dr Jean-Jacques, JJ as she's fondly called is the epitome of what patients need in their physician. She's smart, kind and listens to your concern(s). Never, Ever has she entered the room without a knock and warm greeting. And never, ever have I left an appointment without feeling well cared for! Dr. Jean-Jacques is the best. She practices medicine, yes, but she also practices healing, which is distinctly different from other docs my family sees. She does her homework before entering the exam room, listens solidly, repeats what she has heard, seems to know every medicine every formulated and all its side effects too, offers choices. Plus, she managed to get me off my bum to exercise with what I am sure was a set of words and phrases the literature recommends for moving my demographic from excuse to action - all of her hard work, intellect, compassion is paying off in a well patient - and a happy one. Wow!

She has been my Attending Physician for 3 years. She is very knowledgeable, she listens to what you are saying to her then she repeats back to you to make sure she got it right . When I’ve had a medical concern she’s in touch by my/ Chart or by phone or her nurse if she not available.I could go on and on …. This is why a 10+++
