She is welcoming, and I may have been going to see her for something that was small and unimportant, and I was a little embarrassed to be taking up her time, but she was extremely pleasant about it. Very important, she did an excellent job on my surgery!

Her post-op consultation lasted 5 minutes, the doctor was very rushed and she didn't make me feel comfortable because I couldn't ask her all the questions I needed.

Dr. Chang was recommended by my gastroenterologist and I can see why. She is an amazing and kind surgeon! My surgery went smoothly and I healed very quickly. Prior to surgery I was having anxiety about my medication but Nurse Ing calmed my nervousness. I had a wonderful positive experience with Dr. Chang and her staff/office. I would highly recommend her to others.

Dr. Chang met with me and my husband before surgery, met with me after surgery and again in todayâ€™s follow-up visit. She seemed thorough but also kept to a schedule. Recovery has been as promised.

She is wonderful!!! So personable. Made you feel secure that all would be well. Made you feel she cared and understood how scary and vulnerable I was when feeling so bad. She took time and was very positive about future health outlook. I wish she could be my general care physician.

Dr. Chang asked a lot of questions and based on my answers and prior tests was able to give me answers to what may be going on for the past three years during my appointment. She did not rush into surgery options, rather let me know what she thought may be going on and next steps.

We didnâ€™t feel comfortable, cold atomosphere. The front desk and the young lady that walked us in were friendly and made us feel welcomed, not so much for the MD. Iâ€™ll get the procedure performed but wonâ€™t return again to that office.

My surgery with Dr Chang went smoothly and basically pain free. Even her CDH surgical team told me how wonderfully the procedure went and that she made the smallest possible incision, which allowed me to heal quickly and well. She is so personable and explains everything in an extremely understandable way. Yes, indeed, Iâ€™d recommend Dr Chang highly!
