Overview

Northwestern Medicine Behavioral Health Services (BHS) in St. Charles offers comprehensive diagnostic assessment and treatment for emotional health conditions and disorders affecting adults and adolescents (ages 13+). BHS outpatient services focus on helping patients regain healthy, fully functional daily lives. BHS professional staff helps patients address emotional, behavioral, social, family and work issues through customized programs including evidence-based individual, group and family therapies.

Onsite parking is available for patients and visitors.

Services

Specialized outpatient services offered Monday through Friday include:

Adult (ages 18+) services

  • Partial Hospital All-Day Program
  • Intensive Outpatient Program

Adolescent (ages 13-18) services

  • Partial Hospital All-Day Program
  • Intensive Outpatient Program
  • School Avoidance Program

Assessments by appointment only:

  • Monday–Friday: 9 am–1 pm, St. Charles
  • Monday–Thursday: 9 am–7 pm, Winfield
  • Friday: 9:00 am–4:30 pm, Winfield
  • Saturday: 9 am–12 pm (Winfield location only)
