Dr. Fackler-Chapman is calm, listens and gives the time needed to figure things out. She is friendly, caring and supportive. She has a way of telling you what you need to do that is more like a friend who cares... It is not demeaning or lecturing.

I rarely ever have a bad experience and I do not feel anxious or stressed when I have an appointment with her. She is patient, responsive, and makes me feel comfortable when I see her, and she gives me honest feedback to my questions without making me feel discouraged asking them.
