5.0 star star star star starSee above. I now feel more comfortable with the recommendation by PCP. I am grateful that Dr Hahr is doing additional tests to see if there are other ways to manage my osteoporosis, grateful that she will send me studies so I can see for myself the efficacy and side effects. Grateful that she will link me with a dentist at Northwestern.

5.0 star star star star starI'm afraid to give a high score because it's hard to get an appt as it is! She is kind, knowledgeable, is truly interested in what you have to say. She got back to me that day with labs and advice, which was greatly appreciated!

5.0 star star star star starDr Hahr seemed to be very thorough when we discussed my medical history, etc and she devoted ample time to getting all the information about me that she needed. I felt very reassured about having her as my endocrinologist and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Hahr always comes into the examination room with full knowledge of my health history which does not always happen with other doctors. It is clear that knows about my visits with other doctors and tests that we done since our last appointment, she does not have to review my file in front of me as is so often the case. I think she is a great doctor with a lovely attitude and demeanor.

5.0 star star star star starIn addition to being brilliant, Dr. Hahr is very strategic in developing a care plan. She offers all of the options and advises me of all the treatment and medication pros and cons so that I can make informed decisions. I feel that she has my best interest at heart.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
