5.0 star star star star starDr Conley had reviewed some of my previous testing prior to meeting with me, asked many questions about my personal experience with smell/taste loss and provided some guidance in managing specific challenges - maintaining healthy diet, safety concerns, etc. Since this is such an ‘invisible condition’ I really appreciated the confirmation of a smell test, since I sometimes feel friends and family can not really believe I can’t taste things.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Conley is awesome, very knowledgeable, and cares about his patient. I think he is a great doctor (pro), which also means it's hard to get an appointment with him (con). I had about two appointments cancelled before I was able to see him.

5.0 star star star star starHe was extremely pleasant and receptive. He was open with me about all the possible options as well as what expectations I should have. He didn't try to sell any guarantees but he did give me some hope for possible success.

3.0 star star star star_border star_borderThe appointment started fine, but then the doctor seemed preoccupied. Checked his watch several times while were talking as if he was reading messages. Then at some point he seemed to be rushing me out. He met with me a total of about 10 minutes. We had been discussing a nasel procedure and I left with unanswered questions. As a result, I will not be going forward with the procedure.

5.0 star star star star starI’m the mom of the patient and as I said to my son driving home tonite, Dr. Conley appreciates what he does and while he does it over and over, he treated you as if you were the only patient that he has ever had. Most doctors do not do this. He’s AMAZING!

5.0 star star star star starDr Conley has a great demeanor and patient. Him and his attendee listed to all my concerns and did try to find a way to treat my stuffy noise problem. Easy sinus scan in the office was convenient.

3.0 star star star star_border star_borderI waited months for a follow-up appointment, all the while living with a brutal, chronic cough. At that second appointment, he did a scan of my sinuses, which he could have easily done in my first appointment, and then declared he had no idea what to do to address my illness or who I should go to next. Why he told me to come back for a follow-up appointment instead of doing all relevant tests in the first appointment is beyond me. He lead me to believe in the first appointment that he had good ideas about what to do next about the cough if the treatment plan he prescribed didn’t work. The second appointment was a complete waste of time…time I could have used to see another specialist who actually knows what to do to address my illness. I feel deeply frustrated and will never return to this department.
