5.0 star star star star starDr Yoo kept my daughter and myself well informed on the procedure, what to expect and the outcome. She came in to the final recovery room to talk to both of us. The surgical team was excellent, caring and good at doing a good job of putting a person at ease.

5.0 star star star star starShe thoroughly explains things, shows you pictures If you don’t understand, she wants to do the best treatment for your care., Is extremely nice and approachable., I feel comfortable asking her questions which I do not often feel with other doctors. Takes her time with you. I did not feel rushed. One of the nicest doctors I have probably ever encountered. thoroughly looked through my records at my appointment to make sure she had all the information and took the time to do that. I can tell she really cares about me as a patient and she’s really trying to find out the proper diagnosis. I wish all doctors are like her, it would make this world a better place.

5.0 star star star star starFrom the very first moment we spoke, she made everything clearly and easily for myself and my husband to understand the outcome of the procedure. She did a follow up call to see how I was doing and that is a big big plus on my behalf getting an actual follow up call from the surgeon herself and not a registered nurse. Thank you doctor Yoo and your beautiful staff.

She explained everything step by step and what to expect and she followed through with that! The incisions after the surgery look good which I’m very happy with!

5.0 star star star star starDr. Yoo has an amazing bed side manner and her professionalism shines from the moment she walks in the room. She was thoughtful and patient, her confidence and expertise made me feel safe, that I was in the right place and in the hands of quality care. I felt safe and less overwhelmed with what to expect as next steps, risks, treatment plan, diagnosis, aftercare, and how she works. The level of professionalism was above and beyond what I had expected.
