Dr Stepan is a very kind doctor and knows what she's doing. Her staff is great as well but she provides excellent communication skills and anxiety relief. She's very comforting and knowledgeable which makes me feel very safe and comfortable.

I would recommend her to anyone I know or don't know. If I had to have surgery again and it had nothing to do with ENT, I would want Dr. Stepan to perform it. She made a clear cut down my neck. Everyone said what a great job she did and again STEPAN ROCKS.

She’s an amazing doctor!!! She took great care of me. She made me feel so comfortable since my first appointment with her. I felt really comfortable going into my surgery. I went to two different doctors before I met dr Stephan’s and she was the doctor I chose! Dr Stephan was my 3rd opinion. She told me that everything was going to be okay which made me at ease and she did SUCH A great job with my wound.

I feel I am in good hands with Dr Stepan! She is smart, competent, skilled robotic surgeon and accepting if I choose a different method to treat my condition. She completely supports me and continues to and questions, listen, and explain. She work with oncology and radiation and speech therapist. She has been all around great!

Dr Stepan and the entire team are very compassionate and responsive to the patient needs. During my visit, all follow up tests, pre op visit, and surgery were scheduled while I was there. Everything was also scheduled within one week. This was very calming for my situation and immediate need. Excellent service with exceptional people.

I recommend Dr Stephan 100 % she has the best bedside manner makes you feel comfortable talking to her her staff is wonderful also she goes over everything w you even did and don’t like w me stop smoking but understands it’s a hard process she will make sure your post and pre opp goes very well and follows up w you to make sure everything is okay
