Very knowledgeable Doctor. I do wish he gave me drops at the time of service but he wanted to wait for an MRI which is scheduled out in weeks. I hate that I cannot go out do to my droopy eyelid.

Their professional demeanor, and the way they exemplify concern and love for the patient. Dr. Melen comes out and greets me himself by my name it names me feel special. Even me. A woman said well who are you that he came out and you. I laughed. While thimking I am God child.

The doctor was not interested in my problems at all. Required “yes” or “no” answers only, but sometimes it is not possible to get these answers. The doctor showed impatience when I would like to get him more information about my problems.

Dr. Melen is a very thorough, kind and knowledgeable physician. I had seen numerous physicians regarding my rare condition and he was the first one to order more extensive testing to try to help me. I’m so grateful to have met him and for the first time in years I’m hopeful, he is one of a kind.

Dr. Melen was behind schedule which didn't bother me but he barely spent 5 minutes during my appointment. He did a bare minimum exam of my eyes and asked me s few questions. Since I did not have any neurological issue, he said there wasn't much I could do except try a prism for my double vision.

Dr. Melen is amazing. He spent a lot of time with me and asked me a lot of questions. He also thoroughly explained everything to me. He did a great job with my appointment and he made me very comfortable as eye exams aren’t the most fun. I am very glad to be a patient of his. Overall, he provided me great care at my appointment today.
