Dr. Patel is the kind of physician that many patients hope they get. He's eager to get know his patients without making said patient feel uncomfortable by appearing to be prying into a patience more intimate background. Like with me, Dr. Patel expresses his desire to learn from me than to argue with me and what he thinks is wrong with me. He would prefer to learn what 30+? years of my experience than work against me and to cause more suffering. It is then we both realize and learn from eachother. It is a most satisfying feeling, I think for both of us.
