Dr.Tungol is not my normal Dr. She is an associate to my doctor when I walked in she said I'm sorry you're stuck with me. Haha what a blessing to be stuck with her. Her words not mine. I had no idea walking in there that she would be so kind and informidable also sharing personal experiences of what I was going through. I'm very professional very polite very informative and also gave a simple explanation very understandable for any question I asked. Great doctor. Tell her I said thank you!

I like her relaxing calm approach, realistic and not an alarmist, which I don't need...yet I feel takes appropriate action... Ordering tests if necessary. Has a friendly personable relaxed manner. Makes me feel comfortable when I come to appointment for an issue, doesn't make me feel like I'm wasting her time. I like the fact that she feels that patients should stay in touch (make appointment) if they are having issues.

Dr. Tungol is a fine doctor but I am troubled that she never asks about my concerns during annual exams. I scheduled this appointment instead of putting it off because I have concerns, but I don’t feel I get the floor or the interest from her unless I interrupt or try to change the subject. She goes over my medications with me but that seems to be the extent of her probing. She doesn’t ask how/what I eat, if I’m interested in nonprescription supplements, if I exercise, how my job impacts my health, if my family history is something to check back on now that I’m getting older. She also skips certain parts of the physical exam such as the inner ears and lymph nodes and generally allots 10 minutes with me. I understand doctors are busy, but I do not believe Dr. Tungol wants me to treat myself better.
