Dr Lu had great listening skills, heâ€™s been my doctor since 1997 and there is no doctor who believes in preventive healthcare. He has not problem with being transparent when questions are ask, itâ€™s his opinion because he cares and he want you to have the best health possible.

Dr. Lu is hands down the best physician I have ever had. So much so I have referred several people to him over the years. All of the components of patient centered care - Dr. Lu exhibits. I feel Dr. Lu genuinely cares about my health which is apparent by him taking the time to make connections during the diagnosis of my health conditions. I never feel rushed during visits although I am fully aware doctors are encouraged to pack in as many patients as they can in a day as opposed to taking the time to fully understand their patients healthcare needs. I am also impressed that Dr. Lu actually takes the time to review notes and oftentimes reminds me of what I communicated in the past. There is only one other physician I have seen in the NW system that does this.
